• Torlon is the strongest, stiffest melt processable plastic available.
• Torlon is stronger at 450ºF than many plastics are at room temperature.
• Torlon offers extraordinary thermal and electrical insulation in 4203 and 5030 grades.
• Torlon features metal mimicking thermal expansion which eliminates fit and clearance problems.
• Torlon has a low coefficient of friction and exceptional wear resistance.
• Torlon is often the right choice for applications where high loads, temperature extremes and wear resistance are required.
• Torlon is available in all grades from Drake, including 4203, 4203L, 4275, 4301, 4435, 4630, 4645, 5030 and 7130.

• Unfilled PEEK extruded shapes from Drake offer injection molded performance with increased tensile strength.
• Reinforced PEEK, either with Glass or Carbon Fibers, dramatically reduces thermal expansion and increases HDT by nearly 2X.
• PEEK, with steam and near universal chemical resistance, can be used in a broad range of environments.
• PEEK begins to soften at about 300ºF (compared to Teflon at room temperature) and doesn’t melt until 650ºF, enabling it to serve many high-temperature applications.
• PEEK has exceptional cyclical fatigue and flex fatigue resistance
• PEEK is available in a wide range of grades from Drake, including Victrex PEEK 450G, 450CA30, 450FC30, 450FE20, 450GL30 and PEEK HT, as well as Solvay’s KetaSpire PEEK KT820 NT, KT820 CF30 and KT820 GF30.
