Torlon 7130 PAI is stronger and tougher than PEEK and polyimide from cryogenic to 260°C/500°F

Torlon 7130 PAI is a high modulus polyamide-imide containing 30% carbon fibers. It is designed for parts requiring high strength and stiffness, fatigue resistance and a lower specific gravity than glass reinforced Torlon. It offers a 50% lower CLTE than non-reinforced Torlon 4203 PAI closely matching that of advanced aerospace composites and stainless steel. The stiffness of Torlon 7130 PAI is superior among melt processable polymers through 260°C/500°F. Its low temperature impact strength is superior to all other carbon fiber reinforced polymers.
